CliniKas Ltd is a GP Locum Agency and Primary Care Consultancy supporting GP Practices, PCNs and clinicians across Birmingham, Solihull and the wider UK. Our Founder – Kasim Choudhary
Kasim Choudhary is an experienced Practice Manager, Business Manager and PCN project lead, having worked across multiple GP practices and primary care organisations in Birmingham and the Black Country.
He brings:
- 21 years of NHS experience
- Leadership roles including Practice Manager, Business Manager (Partner), and Business Development Manager
- Extensive hands-on experience with CQC inspections, clinical governance, workforce planning and operational management
- A strong track record delivering PCN Health Inequalities projects, digital transformation initiatives, EMIS searches, patient engagement, and performance improvement
- Specialist skills in data reporting, having provided monthly Performance Tracker Reports to GP Practices since 2019
- A deep understanding of practice pressures — access, QOF, IIF, DESs, staffing, workflow redesign, compliance and patient experience
- Collaborative work with ICBs, councils, PCN leads, community partners, and secondary care consultants
