CliniKas is a UK‑based healthcare workforce and consultancy organisation supporting GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and wider healthcare providers with high‑quality clinical staffing, operational support, and system‑level insight.
Founded by an experienced NHS Practice Manager and GP Partner, CliniKas was created to address a simple but persistent challenge in primary care: access to reliable, well‑governed, and clinically credible workforce support that understands how general practice actually functions.
