Kasim is a Partner-level Business Manager within NHS Primary Care and a senior healthcare operations and research enablement leader with over 20 years’ experience. He has supported multiple organisations with research feasibility, primary care recruitment design, practice onboarding and governance, alongside leading large-scale service turnaround and growth within the NHS.

His work bridges international ambition with UK delivery reality.
